B'nai Mitzvah
Rabbi Kalender and our assistant rabbi oversee the B'nai Mitzvah program.
They work closely with the students, families, tutors and ritual
committee to ensure that each bar or bat mitzvah experience is meaningful
and appropriate for the individual child.
An updated
b'nai mitzvah handbook explaining all the
details is available online in PDF format. It covers everything from date
assignments to honors.
For more information, please contact
Rabbi Kalender or
Rabbi Paskind.
Want to email the Honors form to us? Use the
MS Word version of the honors
form. Type the entries, save the document, and email it to
bmitzvah@olamtikvah.org.
Submissions to the Contemporary B'nai Mitzvah page:
Submissions are due on the first of the month before the month of the bar or bat
mitzvah. Please see the
Contemporary submission guidelines (PDF) for more information.

dinner for up to 75 of your guests or for Shabbat Kiddush lunch
for the congregation and your guests on the weekend of your
