Preparing for Fresh Produce Shabbat Dinner

The Young Professionals provide a great way to socialize with familiar OT friends, as well as to connect with other young, Jewish professionals. Participants in the Young Professionals' events do not have to belong to OT. This informal group enjoys a variety of activities, both at OT and off-site. Activities range from bowling and rock climbing to celebrating Purim as only OT can!

The Fresh Produce Shabbat dinner was held Friday, November 4 at OT. Diana Cowdery of Stoney Lonesome Farm (owned by OT’s own Pablo and Esther Elliott) brought a plethora of vegetables from the farm, which were used in the dinner and enjoyed by the guests. Chefs Rob Yunich, Elana Milstein, Nancy and Alex Goltsman, Rebecca Greene, and Suzanne Meyeroff prepared dinner on Thursday with the help and supervision of mashgiach Sara Astrow.
