SOME Tuna Casseroles Drop off
Olam Tikvah has been supporting SOME for many years by providing tuna casseroles for lunch on the third Thursday of the month. Casseroles are dropped off at OT frozen on the day before and a volunteer delivers them to DC.
Recipe Ingredients: A large Lasagna pan 1 pound noodles, cooked 3 cans of tuna 3 cans of cream of mushroom soup 1 bag of a frozen green vegetable (broccoli, peas, chopped spinach, etc) Directions: - Mix together and put in a lasagna pan. - Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. - Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. - Cool a cover with foil. Freeze, if possible.
