A Traditional, Egalitarian Conservative Synagogue
Since 1965, Congregation Olam Tikvah has evolved into a vibrant community of 630 families who consider the synagogue their second home. Our welcoming community helps and supports individuals through life-cycle events.
Our services are traditional, egalitarian, and lay-led. Children are always welcome, and we offer both Shabbat morning babysitting and children’s services (Tot Shabbat). Once a month we conclude Shabbat with a Mincha/Havdalah service, song, and nosh! Holidays are celebrated with services and special programs.
We offer educational opportunities through our cooperative preschool, religious school, adult education classes, and Scholar-in-Residence program.
In the greater community OT members function in many ways. Renovating houses, making casseroles for the homeless and holding blood drives are only a few of our social action programs.
We invite you to join us for services, get involved with Sisterhood, Men's Club, or ABBA, attend an event, or ask about what our younger members are doing. Find out about all the activities and learning possibilities that await you.
If you are interested in joining Olam Tikvah or want more information, please contact Rochelle Goldberg. She and the Membership committee representatives will be happy to answer your questions.
