Conflict in Israeli Society: Right Wing, Left Wing
Thursday, January 31, 2019 • 25 Shevat 5779
7:00 PM - 12:00 AMIsrael’s diverse society is a strength and also causes conflict. Join OT and Gesher Shlicha, Noy, to discuss what it means to be on the right or the left in Israel, positions that span politics, economic status and national origin. The discussion this month will focus on a shooting incident in Hebron that encapsulated the gap between the right and left sides of Israeli society and the ideological conflict it created.
This class is part of a series that Noy will teach about Israel.
