Help restock ECHO's food pantry. Please bring one or more of the following most-needed items. Canned Vegetables; Canned Fruit; Tortillas; Salsa; BBQ Sauce; Instant Potatoes (Box); Soup; Crackers; Beans; Salad Dressing; Peanut Butter; Jelly; Dry Pasta (please no spaghetti); Canned/Bottled Juice; Coffee/Tea; Laundry Detergent; Cleaning Supplies; Children’s Summer Clothes; New Socks (all sizes); Children’s Tennis Shoes & Sandals; New Underwear (all sizes)
Please keep in mind that recipients are usually transient and do not have the ability to store large quantities.
Gift Cards for Afghan Refugees
Large numbers of Afghan refugees will pass through our area en route to other locations over the coming weeks as they are resettled by Lutheran Services. They were not permitted to carry luggage and as a result have nothing. Olam Tikvah is proud to join the Northern Virginia interfaith efforts to support Afghan refugees. We are collecting gift cards to help families get the things they need. Please donate gift cards from: Target, Walmart, Visa, Giant, Harris Teeter, Safeway, or Aldi
