Come to OT to get your flu shot courtesy of Giant Pharmacy. Please register below, so the pharmacy has enough supplies for everyone. Limited availability of Shingrix shingles vaccine for ages 50+, Flu-4 for ages 65+, pneumonia and tetanus.

Flu and pneumonia vaccines are covered by Medicare Part B patients. If you are interested in the Shingrix vaccine, please note it when you register below and a pharmacist will contact you to verify your insurance coverage.

Please bring a photo ID and your insurance card.
