OT’s Adult Education and Social Action Committees, Sisterhood and Men’s Club, invite you to a virtual discussion of the film, Shared Legacies: The African American-Jewish Civil Rights Alliance, recently screened during the JxJ Festival. The film depicts the role of Jewish leaders during the Civil Rights era.

Our discussion, moderated by Dr. Marc Dollinger of San Francisco State University, will extend beyond the film to the relationship between the two groups in the subsequent 50 year period, including today. All are welcome, even if you haven’t seen the film.
