Labor Day Picnic 2025

Join us for fun and festivities as we say goodbye to summer. We're excited to partner with Gesher for our annual Labor Day picnic!

Enjoy lunch hot off the grill. Catch up with friends and meet someone new. Join a friendly game of basketball or soccer. For kids, play on the playgrounds or in the gaga pit.

Please note that a 2.5% surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions. OT members may bill to their accounts and pay by check (no surcharge), by logging in first. Make checks payable to Olam Tikvah.

Select the number of adults and children who will attend. For the family max rate, choose 1 next to Family Max.
  • $18 per adult (age 13+)
  • $12 per child (age 3-12)
  • Children 2 and under are free
  • $65 family max

Volunteers Needed!

This is truly a community event and in order to make it happen, we need YOU! There are two ways to lend a hand, so check out the details below and then please let us know if you are able to volunteer!
  • Set-up: We need volunteers 9:30am at Gesher. Tasks include prepping the buffet, slicing some vegetables & fruit, and general setup. BONUS - coming early to help guarantees a great parking spot!
  • Clean-up: At the end of the picnic we'll need some help cleaning everything up and loading things into vehicles to be returned to OT. In the past this hasn't taken more than about 20-30 minutes at most.
