Please join the Men's Club as we welcome Aaron Moses, the leader of the Abayudaya Jewish Community in Uganda and the headmaster of the Hadassah Primary School, an elementary school that educates Jewish, Christian and Muslim children in an atmosphere of religious tolerance that is a model for Africa and the world.  He is also the leader of the Abayudaya Men's Club which our club and Seaboard Region FJMC have been supporting for several years. He is visiting Olam Tikvah and other places in Seaboard Region to educate us about his community and the Hadassah school, and will be attending the Federation of Jewish Men's Clubs Biennial Convention the following week. 

Mr. Moses will also be attending services at our synagogue on Saturday morning, July 15, so we will have an opportunity to meet him in person as well.  His visit will strengthen a connection between OT and the Abayudaya community that began when Rabbi Kalender helped convert many community members to Judaism in 2008.
