Join OTMC with your friends and family November 7, at 10:15am, for a scenic hike along the trails of Turkey Run Park. No signup required; just show up; canceled in case of rain.

This will be a 2 mile loop hike led by Rick Neifeld. We will meet at Turkey Run Park "Area C" (at or adjacent the Area C parking lot). Area C is the first parking area as you drive along the Turkey Run Park road, after exiting onto that road from the GW Parkway. We start out at 10:30am. We should be done and on our ways home by noon. While there is no scrambling, some of the trail sections are rather steep as we descend toward the Potomac, and rise up going away from the Potomac, and cross a stream or two, so hiking shoes or old sneakers, and of course a water bottle, are highly recommended.
