OTRS Parent Field Trip to the Capital Jewish Museum

9:15 AM - 11:45 AMDrop off your kids and hop on the bus for a morning at the newly-opened Lillian and Albert Small Capital Jewish Museum in DC. We'll have a guided tour and time to explore the museum on our own before we head back to OT in time for OTRS dismissal. If you've been curious about the museum, looking to get to know other OTRS parents, or are just up for an adventure, be sure to RSVP by 9/17.

Sara Goodman Confino teaches high school English and journalism in Montgomery County, Maryland, where she lives with her husband, two sons, and miniature schnauzer, Sandy. When she's not writing or working out, she can be found on the beach or at a Springsteen show, sometimes even dancing on stage. Registration coming soon. -

Seder HaAvodah: The Priestly Temple Service Join Rabbi Sigal for an exploration about why we continue to reenact the Yom Kippur Temple Service nearly 2000 years since it last occurred. We’ll look at the prayer of the High Priest and the meaning we find in it, ending the night with song.
