OTRS tuition payments are made in 4 installments* by check, ACH, or credit card (first payment at time of registration, then you will be billed in October, January, and April). The tuition amounts below represent the first quarterly payment; the total annual tuition is listed on the next page. The materials fee is a one-time payment for each child enrolled.

Please note if you elect to pay by credit card you will incur a 2% surcharge. If your credit card is on file with the office, you will automatically be charged for subsequent payments.

*If paying in 4 installments is not the right choice for your family, we can make alternative financial arrangements. To complete your child’s registration, please fill out this form in its entirety. After you finish the registration form, please contact Julie Lifland at jlifland@olamtikvah.org to discuss a payment plan that better suits your family’s needs.
