Saturday, December 16, 2023 4 Tevet 5784

9:45 AM - 10:15 AMLibrary
7 Saturdays: December 2, December 16, December 23, January 6, January 13, January 20, February 3
With Rabbi Kalender and Rabbi Bedo

Over the course of seven engaging classes, we'll embark on a comprehensive exploration of the Shabbat morning service, delving into its meaning and the intricate tapestry that forms the structure of the service. From 9:45am to 10:15am on these days in the OT library, we will unfold the layers of the service, from its opening blessings to the concluding prayers. Our discussions will illuminate the choreography of davening and the historical depths of Shabbat morning tefillah.

This class is designed for people who are new to Jewish prayer or are advanced beginners, and our goal for this series is to enhance your participation and connection with our traditions. This isn't about leading prayers, but about empowering you to partake more fully and joyously in Shabbat morning services. If you have any question or are wondering whether this class is for you, please reach out to Rabbi Bedo.
