There is a beautiful Jewish tradition of having a study session in memory of someone on the 30th day after burial. Rabbi Victor Hoffman z”l (Talya Kalender’s father) was a beloved teacher of Torah, and on Tuesday evening, January 31, Lyle Fishman, Rabbi Emeritus of Ohr Kodesh Congregation, will teach in Rabbi Hoffman’s memory. Rabbi Kalender will share some personal remarks as well.
