Sisterhood Rosh Chodesh Sivan Lunch and Learn
Tuesday, May 11, 2021 • 29 Iyyar 5781
12:00 PM - 1:00 PMZoomInstead of celebrating Rosh Chodesh in the middle of the month, when we can see the beautiful bright round moon shining in the sky, we celebrate the beginning of the month when the moon is still hiding; and we, awaiting new adventures, honor the birth of the new moon. Each lunar month has its own wonderment, and Sivan is likely best known as the month when Moses received the Torah on Mt. Sinai. But many other fascinating things occur during the month of Sivan. Enjoy your lunch, as we learn about some of the mysteries and excitement of the month and celebrate Rosh Chodesh Sivan together.
