DONOR ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Age: 16 years of age – must present a completed Inova Blood Donor Services Consent Form  signed by a parent or legal guardian. 17 years of age and older requires no consent of a parent or legal guardian

Health:   Generally in good health and feeling well on the day of donation

Weight: 110 pounds minimum

Identification: Valid Photo ID (such as a driver’s license) must be presented
