Join us for a light breakfast and discussion of past and current experiences of facing antisemitism. Hearing Men’s Voices (HMV) is a Federation of Jewish Men’s Clubs (FJMC) initiative that seeks to create comfortable small-group forums for learning from one another, grappling with important issues, and growing together as Jews. This is event is open to men and women.

Celebrate the last day of Religious School in the OT parking lot with pizza lunch and a cold treat!

The Preschool will host a reunion (for grown-ups) in honor of Congregation Olam Tikvah’s 60th anniversary! The afternoon will include a silent auction featuring local businesses and personal favorites, activities to remind you of the fun of being a kid, drinks and hors d’oeuvres, and a yearbook with memories and class photos collected from the community.

Gather each Wednesday morning to discuss the first Jewish law code. Join this lively group as we consider this core text for Jewish ethics, ritual, and theology. No prior knowledge necessary and the English translation is provided. In 5784/2023-24 we will continue studying Pirkei Avot (The Ethics of Our Ancestors), beginning with Chapter 3. Shabbat mornings offer a wealth of worship and learning opportunities for all ages. We hold one congregational service, beginning at 9:30am. Men and women of all ages - from age 13 through grandparents - lead portions of the service, receive aliyot, and read Torah. It's not unusual for younger children, below b'nei mitzvah age, to lead the chanting of specific prayers. Youth childcare and services begin in our youth wing at 10:00am for ages 18 months-6th grade. The congregation always enjoys lunch together following the service.

Saturdays beginning at 10:00am, children ages 18 months-6th grade may be dropped off in the youth wing for childcare, followed by youth services. Details at https://www.olamtikvah.org/services#youth-shabbat
