Candle lighting at evening minyan. Come together at evening minyan Sunday-Thursday evening at 8:00pm during Chanukah to light the Olam Tikvah chanukiah. The first candle is Wednesday, December 25.

Machar & Kadima Pre-Chanukah Make-A-Thon, Sunday, December 15, 12:15-2:00pm. Don't miss the Machar (grades 3-4) and Kadima (grades 5-7) Pre-Chanukah Make-A-Thon! We'll be creating paper circuit chanukiayot, creating sweet holiday treats, and more! Register Here

Young Families December Playdate, Wednesday, December 25, 9:30-11:30am. Babies, Toddlers, Preschoolers and their parents from across Northern Virginia are invited to join us for a morning that includes: An inflatable specifically designed for little jumpers, chanukah crafts and activities, snacks, and lots of family schmoozing! Holy Chow, It's Chanukah!, Thursday, December 26, 6:00-8:00pm. Enjoy dinner from Holy Chow (just in case you didn’t get your fill of Chinese food the day before) and bring your chanukiah and candles to light for the second night of Chanukah! Spin the dreidel and sing Chanukah songs with the OT community and end the evening with a sweet Chanukah treat. Join the Pozez JCC for a celebration of Hanukkah! Embrace the festive spirit with our community as we light the menorah together and enjoy lively entertainment. Family-friendly activities start at 5:30pm, building up to the menorah lighting ceremony at 6:00pm.
