Coronavirus Information
Covid Updates
Current Guidelines (updated March 18, 2022):
-
Masks are optional in all parts of the building. This encompasses all parts of OT programming.
- As you enter the sanctuary from the lobby, there will be a section to the right (pods 1-3) reserved for masked AND distanced seating. This section is the only section which will require people to be masked. If you choose to sit in this section, you must wear a mask. There will be signage in the sanctuary, which will identify the masked and distanced section.
- It is no longer necessary to register for Shabbat morning. Feel free to come without pre-planning to enjoy being together, including kiddush lunch.
- We are retaining the daily evening service signup system to help maintain our commitment to having a minyan every day. Please come! Sign up here to help us make a minyan. Sunday at 9:00am and Sunday-Thursday at 8:00pm.
- We will continue to stream the Shabbat morning and weekday evening services on our website at olamtikvah.org/livestream
As always, our Task Force's incremental steps are firmly rooted in prioritizing the health and well-being of our members, following state and local government guidelines, and guided by our Jewish values. If you have any questions about Olam Tikvah's reopening plan, please contact Covid Task Force Chair Laura Strouse.
