For the past 16 years, OT members have been participating in one of the mitzvot of Purim by sending sweets to each other. This year, more than ever it is important to keep the ties that bind our community. As usual the proceeds help Olam Tikvah, but this year we are adding another mitzvah: a donation to Capital Caring Health headquarters in Falls Church. Capital Caring Health, a part of hospice, offers grief counseling to anyone who needs. It receives no government or insurance money.
